Certification

Once you’ve completed your study with Speciss College and passed your exams, you’ll be awarded the Speciss Basic Solar Installation Certificate.  Thereafter you can move on to the Advanced stage.

Entry requirements for this course

To join the Speciss family and kick-start your career, you need to have passed at 5 O levels. If you have a certificate in Electrical Engineering you can start at Advanced Stage

ü      Basic electrical theory

ü      Electrical Installations

ü      Solar System Installation

Advanced

ü  Advanced Electrical Theory

ü  Planning, Designing and Installation

ü  Testing, Troubleshooting and Commissioning

ü  PV System Optimization ,Development and Maintenance

ü  Project(Building a 15kva system using 5kva inverters) 

Examinations

Exams are held at the end of the course and cover both the theory and practical sections of the syllabus. You’ll register for the exams with the Speciss College Exams Officer.

Books & stationery

You’ll need to bring your own notebooks and writing materials to your classes. You also need to make copies of handouts and manuals.
