Once you’ve completed your study
with Speciss College and passed your exams, you’ll be awarded the City &
Guilds Electrical and Electronic Engineering Certificate. This is the
foundation for your future career! You can move on to the City & Guilds
Electrical and Electronic Engineering Diploma if you wish to improve your
qualifications.
Entry requirements for this course

your career, you need to have passed 5 “O” levels.

The Syllabus-
Certificate:
· Principles or electrical and electronic engineering
· Construct, test and fault finding electronic circuits
Diploma:
· Engineering Health and Safety,
· Principles of electrical and electronic engineering
· Principles of Electrical and Electronic Technology
· Maintaining Electrical Equipment and Systems
· Power Supply and Analogue and Digital Circuit Principles and Faults
· Electronic Power Control
· Principles and Practice
Examinations
Exams are held In June and
December, and cover both the theory and practical sections of the syllabus.
You’ll register for the exams with the Speciss College Exams Officer, who will
forward your entry to City & Guilds.
Please talk to the Exams Officer to find out when exam fees are due
Lesson Times
Lessons are offered at different
times on different campuses, with some lessons being held during the day, and
others in the evening or at weekends.
Often the same course can be studied at a variety of different times, so you
can choose the one which is more convenient to you
You’ll get your personal timetable when you register at Speciss College
