The Zimbabwe Institute of Management (ZIM), which was established in 1957, is dedicated to the improvement of the standard of management in Zimbabwe, and to building up a reservoir of management skills which will be of lasting benefit to the country.

ZIM offers a number of courses leading from basic administrative and supervisory skills to higher diplomas in management and in business administration. Graduates may apply for registration with the University of Derby for their MSc in Strategic Management.
