Who will issue your certificate?

Once you've completed your study with Speciss College and passed the exams, you'll be awarded the ICM Certificate in Hotel and Catering Supervision. Then you can move on to the Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels of the same qualification. The ICM Certificate in Certificate in Hotel and Catering Supervision lays the foundation for your success!

Entry requirements for this course

To join the ICM family and kick-start your career, you need one 'A' Level plus three 'O' levels, or five 'O' Levels. Alternatively, you must be over 20 years old and have at least two years proven full-time work experience in the hospitality industry.

What exams will you write?

Exams are held in March, June, September and December each year. You'll register for the exams with the Speciss College Exams Officer. Information on the exam fees can be obtained from the Exams Officer or the ICM website. You can find the link on the Resources Menu.

When and where are the classes and what are the fees?

Lessons are offered at different times on different campuses, with some lessons being held during the day, and others in the evening or at weekends.

Often the same course can be studied at a variety of different times, so you can choose the one which is more convenient to you.

You’ll get your personal timetable when you register at Speciss College.


What about books and stationery?

You'll need to bring your own notebooks and writing materials to your classes. For your convenience, we have a range of stationery items at the Speciss bookshops.

The list of prescribed and recommended books is available on the ICM website at the address given below. We strongly urge you to buy a copy of the prescribed texts.
